Commercial public law expertise
We have a strong reputation in commercial public law. Specialist expertise comes from our EU and competition team, who can advise and act for clients in cases related to commercial regulation, public procurement and judicial review on behalf of companies. We also have experience in a number of related EU law areas, including the free movement regimes, employment and data protection.
