One of our core areas of regulatory expertise is in telecommunications law, drawing on the knowledge and experience of members of Viscaria’s EU, competition, and commercial teams.

We advise and act for telecoms clients in commercial disputes in this sector in courts and before arbitral tribunals, and regularly appear in investigations, appeals and disputes both for major telecoms operators (including BT, H3G and Vodafone) and public sector regulators. This includes in appeals to the CAT (and related references to the UK Competition and Markets Authority), the Court of Appeal and preliminary references to the Court of Justice of the European Union.
